A launch team is a group of people who agree to read a book before it is published so they can write a review on Amazon during the launch week. Why is this important? Well, the way Amazon works as far as I understand is that the more reviews a book has, the more Amazon "promotes" it and the more it gets seen. It's very important for the books of a self-published author like me to do well during launch week. If they don't, they have very little chance of becoming even a small success. That's why authors like me need you to join me!
